Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We are currently in need of Office Cleaners to support apartment cleaning operations in Dallas, TX.
Description:
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
- Complete move-in/move-out and specialty cleaning services as assigned.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and use products safely and effectively.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure all work meets company quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients and address any special requests or concerns.
- Respect client privacy and handle all property with care and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or apartment cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
