EXPERIENCED ALUMINUM WELDERS WANTED!

Craft & Technical Solutions is recruiting skilled Aluminum MIG Pulse Welders for marine vessel construction.
We're looking for welders with:
✅ 3–5+ years of aluminum shipbuilding or marine fabrication experience
✅ Strong GMAW-P (Pulsed MIG) aluminum welding skills
✅ Experience welding aluminum hulls, superstructures and structural components
✅ Ability to weld in 2G, 3G and 4G positions
✅ Familiarity with 5XXX-series aluminum alloys (such as 5083 or 5086) preferred
✅ Ability to pass a hands-on weld test
Experience with Navy, USCG, NAVSEA or ABS projects is a plus!
