Zane Brooks joined Craft and Technical Solutions (CTS) in January 2016, playing a pivotal role in the company’s early growth through various leadership positions. Now serving as General Manager, he brings over 20 years of staffing industry experience, with expertise spanning operations, sales, contracts, startups, and executive leadership.

Before entering staffing, Zane built a strong foundation in the industrial sector and later served in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

After relocating to Alabama in 2008 to attend the University of South Alabama obtaining her Bachelor of Science: Accounting, Ashley later settled in Saraland, AL where she began building her accounting career where she steadily advanced through leadership roles across multiple industries.

Ashley is a results-driven accounting and finance professional with more than 15 years of progressive experience across corporate accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, and operational management. Her experience includes manufacturing, consulting, aviation, and technical services, with a strong background in financial statement preparation, budgeting, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Craft and Technical Solutions, Ashley combines analytical expertise with hands-on leadership to drive financial accuracy, support business growth, and improve organizational performance.

With extensive experience in the staffing industry, Ty Collard serves as Director of Operational Services for Craft and Technical Staffing (CTS). In his role, Ty manages communication between senior managers and all CTS branches to achieve operational excellence. Ty fosters superior customer service at every level, creating meaningful opportunities and addressing core challenges. Prior to joining CTS, Ty held various roles in the staffing industry, including Project Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager. Notably, he coordinated post-hurricane disaster city rebuilds for Cahaba Disaster Recovery, LLC prior to his career in staffing. Through his leadership, Ty strives to build a culture grounded in trust and collaboration, empowering each team member to excel and grow collectively as a successful and united team. Outside of work, Ty enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors to unwind, appreciate nature, and challenge himself in new ways.

Matt Blevins joined Craft and Technical Solutions (CTS) in 2022 and has spent time in the operational, sales, and recruiting divisions during his tenure. As Director of Recruiting and Special Projects, Matt oversees the recruiting department and leads large-scale hiring initiatives around the country.

Matt graduated from Charlotte School of Law (J.D., 2017), West Virginia University (M.A., 2009), and Bluefield State University (B.S., 2007).

Outside work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Cara, and their three children, Charlotte, Emersyn, and Beau. A longtime college baseball coach, Matt still spends much of his time at the ballfield watching and teaching the game he loves.
