Ben Sizemore
President
Ben Sizemore joined CTS in January of 2017 and currently serves as President. He has worked in the Marine and Industrial markets for over 30 years. During this time, Sizemore has gained extensive marine and industrial industry knowledge in operations management, business creation and development, sales, contracts, and executive management. He is a graduate of Champlain College and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an AMA MBA in Atlanta, Georgia.
Zane Brooks
Vice President
Zane Brooks joined CTS in January of 2017. Serving in several roles during the initial development of the company, he now serves as Vice President of Operations. Brooks spent the early part of his career in the Industrial sector and then went on to serve his country in United States Marine Corps. Since that time, he has spent the last 18 years in the staffing industry. Brooks has developed and successfully managed companies leading in management, operations, sales and contracts, startups, leadership, and executive management. Zane earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management and his Associates of Art in Business Administration from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
Ty Collard
Continuous Improvement Manager
Mr. Collard joined International Marine & Industrial Applicators, LLC in February of 2019. During this time, he gained valuable insight into IMIA’s preservation and marine service capabilities, along with structural repair. In January of 2020, Mr. Collard joined Craft and Technical Solutions, LLC. Prior to joining IMIA & CTS, Mr. Collard has spent the last 12 years in the maritime staffing industry, and has considerable knowledge in recruiting, operations, management, and customer relations.
Sophia Hooks
Mid-Atlantic Area Manager
Sophia Hooks joined CTS in November 2021, after 2 years in the marine industry and over 16 years of business operations, leadership, Human Resources, administrative management, and supportive roles in the health and dental industry. She received her BA in Business Administration from the State University of New York, and her Master's Degree in Business and Public & Community Health from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She is a military spouse veteran that works within the community to help transitioning service members find jobs to secure their future. Her true passion is for leadership that helps to find opportunities that allow people to support their families and future ambitions.
Katie Stafford
Operational Compliance Coordinator
Katie Stafford joined the CTS team in the Summer of 2018 and has been instrumental in establishing our organizational core administrative policies. With Mrs. Stafford’s track record in elevating day-to-day best practices, she was named to the position of Operational Compliance Coordinator and approaches every day as an opportunity to improve employee engagement. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Bilingual Studies from William Carey University.
