Zane Brooks joined Craft and Technical Solutions (CTS) in January 2016, playing a pivotal role in the company’s early growth through various leadership positions. Now serving as Vice President of Operations, he brings over 20 years of staffing industry experience, with expertise spanning operations, sales, contracts, startups, and executive leadership.

Before entering staffing, Zane built a strong foundation in the industrial sector and later served in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

With extensive experience in the staffing industry, Ty Collard serves as Director of Operational Services for Craft and Technical Staffing (CTS). In his role, Ty manages communication between senior managers and all CTS branches to achieve operational excellence. Ty fosters superior customer service at every level, creating meaningful opportunities and addressing core challenges. Prior to joining CTS, Ty held various roles in the staffing industry, including Project Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager. Notably, he coordinated post-hurricane disaster city rebuilds for Cahaba Disaster Recovery, LLC prior to his career in staffing. Through his leadership, Ty strives to build a culture grounded in trust and collaboration, empowering each team member to excel and grow collectively as a successful and united team. Outside of work, Ty enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors to unwind, appreciate nature, and challenge himself in new ways.
