Upon enrollment, coverages become effective the first of the month following the 60-day waiting period from your date of hire. Any enrollments outside of this new hire window will be eligible during the annual open enrollment period, or if a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) occurs. Access your pay stubs any time, online. User name is the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name (ex: JSMITH). The password is the last four digits of your social security number. Call your local CTS office if you have issues accessing the system.
